Velour Live Music Gallery

This Thursday, February 11th, Velour will host Child Ivory (ft. Caleb Darger of The Mighty Sequoyah), who will be joined by Okkah, Strange Familia, and Alyssa Piper. $8 tickets in advance

On Friday, February 12th, John Allred will have his CD Release show, and will be joined by Cary Judd (who has announced that he’ll “be doing this last one-man-looping show before putting the ‘Cary Judd’ name into retirement for good”) and J. Wride. $8 in advance, $10 at the door (cash only)

Saturday, February 13th, will be an all-star evening at Velour with Ryan Innes and Mimi Knowles opening up for The Strike. Tickets are $10 in advance and at the door (cash only).

Per usual with Velour, doors to all of these shows open at 8PM. Shows will start around 8:30.

Muse Music

Thursday, February 11th, 4th East Flood, NCMO, and Brother will be taking the stage at Muse Music on Center.

On Friday, February 12th, Try Try Try, and Mojave Nomads will be joined by Steel Born Buffalo

Saturday, February 13th, YEYEY will be releasing their album and celebrating with a show that night featuring Drape.

Tickets to all these shows are $7 at the door. Doors open at 8PM.

Gezzo Hall

As of the writing of this article, Gezzo Hall does not have any shows announced for this week.

The Wall

BYU’s restaurant/venue, located on the bottom floor of the Wilkinson Student Center, will be hosting its weekly Open Mic Night on Tuesday, February 9th, 8 PM.

Wednesday, February 10th at 7PM, The Wall will host BYU’s monthly Acoustic Explosion, a concert featuring local student artists and musical groups.

Audio West Recording Studios & Event Center

As of the writing of this article, Audio West has not announced any events for this week.

Other Shows

The Bridge, a musical retelling of the classic American short story, “An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge,” was written by Stuart Maxfield of Fictionist and is a collaborative production with Brigham Young University. You can see the musical Wednesday, February 10th at 7:30PM in the De Jong Concert Hall on BYU Campus. Tickets are available at www.thebridge-musical.com.
