Shows This Week (4/26/2016-4/30/2016)

See what live music events are going down in Happy Valley this week.

Velour Live Music Gallery

Wednesday, April 27th, Velour will be hosting Jack Pines as they release their new album, Laws Of Motion. They will be joined by Steel Born Buffaloย and Kitfox.ย Tickets are $8 online or at the door.

On Friday, April 29th, history will be made on the Velour stage as Neon Trees and Imagine Dragonsย take the stage together for the first time. This is done in a charitable effort to raise money for Velour owner, Corey Fox, who is in need of a kidney transplant. Tickets were sold last week at $300 a piece, and very few remain. Saturday, April 30th, another fundraising effort for Corey Fox will take place at Velour as The Moth & The Flameย and Fictionist join forces. You can get tickets by makingย a $20 donation at the door or online.

Per usual with Velour, doors to all of these shows open at 8PM. Shows will start around 8:30.

Muse Music

On Friday, April 29th, Beckett, Young North, and Copenhagen Sip will be putting on a show on the Muse stage.

On Saturday, April 30th, Austin Cross will be releasing an album at Muse, and will be joined by Sea Elephant.

Tickets to both of these shows are $7 at the door. Doors open at 8PM.

Gezzo Hall

On April 30th, Gezzo hall is hosting All Hope Contained, The Departure, Fired Pilots, and Melting Rain. Doors open at 8PM. Tickets can be bought online for $7, or $12 dollars for VIP seating and bottled water.

The Wall/BYU

As of the writing of this article, The Wall has not announced any shows for this week.

Audio West Recording Studios & Event Center

On Saturday, April 30th, Na-G will be taking the stage at Audio West. He will be joined by Chad Truman, The Black & Red, and CJ Sleeves.ย Doors open at 8PM. Tickets are $5.

Other Events

On Friday, April 29th, Studio Studio Dada is hosting the Walden School of Liberal Arts Songwriter Showcase.ย The show is free and will take place at 7PM.
