Wednesday, August 3rd, is Velour’s Acoustic Showcase with PACE, Emily Ray, James Junius, The Boy & His Dog. Tickets are $7 at the door (cash only).
On Thursday, August 4th, Middle Mountain will take the stage alongside Cinders and Sea Elephant. Ticket price to be announced.
Saturday, August 6th, Grizzly Goat will be releasing their new CD. They will be joined by JACK PINES (who will be playing their last show in Provo for a while), Pipes, and Spencer Russell. Buy tickets online or at the door for $7 (cash only).
Per usual with Velour, doors to all of these shows open at 8PM. Shows will start around 8:30.
Muse Music
Saturday, August 6th, Well Hung Heart will be coming in from Orange, CA. Joining them will be American Coast, and Money for Water. This show is $7 and doors open at 8PM every night.
Special Events
Friday, August 5th, The Rooftop Concert Series continues as The Aquabats headline August’s show. Joining them are My Man Friday and Mad Max & The Wild Ones. The concert is free and will take place at 100 W Center Street at 7:30PM.
Saturday, August 6th, there is a Concert in The Canyon with Suit Up, Soldier, Paint the Woods, Ben Reneer, and Stuart Edge. Joining them, are several artists playing an original song or two.
Dustin Gledhill and Lucas Pullin will perform a classical concert Saturday, August 6th at The Forge Collective. The Forge Collective is located at 50 East 500 North in Provo. The concert will go from 7:30PM to 9PM. Tickets are $13 general admission, $9 for students and seniors. Gledhill and Pullin are also offering a ticket special for a private piano and/or guitar lesson on Friday, August 5th. The $89 ticket special includes both the private lesson and admission for two to Saturday night’s performance.
