Hello Provo Music Magazine!
My name is Steven Fogamomi and I love your guys’ commitment to sharing the local music scene events and highlights! I wanted to ask if you have any advice on where I could find more R&B-based open mics/groups in UT/SLC county? I initially started making Indie/Folk Soul music but I am slowly transitioning into R&B Pop. I would love some insight on where this scene is around here (if there even is any haha). Thank you!

Hey Steven! Thank you for reaching out! We haven’t found any open mics that are R&B specific. But if you’re not in talks with Garon Brett, Angie Petty, or Le Dad & The Niños yet, you need to reach out to them. They’re all excellent R&B/soul artists and would have some good info for you.
