This Friday, Garden City Unplugged is returning to Heirloom Art Co. for a night of stripped-down music. Held on the second to last Friday of every month, Garden City aims to be the premier showcase for Utah’s top talent, where artists perform a mix of originals and covers. Past events have explored the music of Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, and Harry Styles.
This month’s showcase will be split into two rounds. The first round will feature each artist performing a fresh cover of a BeyoncĂ© song. The second round will feature each artist performing two of their own original songs.
September’s artists include Le Dad, Chi Chi Lemot, Nicole McMahan, and Faith Marie. Chi Chi Lemot has been hard at work in the studio working on their debut EP. Le Dad recently released a new single entitled “That 70’s Song,” and Nicole McMahan has released a steady stream of singles throughout 2022, including “Magnets,” “Good Love,” and “Sunshine.”

Located in the Shops At Riverwoods, Heirloom Art Co. provides a beautiful, homey atmosphere that’s perfect for an intimate event like this. Friday’s concert will be the last show at this venue, so you won’t want to miss it.
Garden City Unplugged is this Friday, September 23. Doors open at 8 PM. Tickets are $12 at the door. Until then, make sure to follow Garden City on Instagram and give “Magnets” by Nicole McMahan a spin.
