It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Not only are we headed into the holiday season, but two major Battle of the Bands events are right around the corner. These events are the lifeblood of the Provo music scene. They encourage many would-be artists to form bands and play for the first time; they allow existing bands to network and gain new fans; and they afford a select few some additional means and resources to (hopefully) take the next steps in their careers.

This week, Velour Live Music Gallery announced that submissions to their Winter 2022 Battle of the Bands are now open. Past winners include Imagine Dragons, Neon Trees, The Aces, and The Backseat Lovers. Submissions are open from November 1 to 11:59 PM on November 11. Performances will take place from December 5 through December 10. Whether you’re an artist or a concertgoer, you won’t want to miss it. The Summer 2022 Battle of the Bands was incredible.
