Velour will hold their weekly open mic night on Wednesday, August 2 at 7 PM.

The Boardwalk

The show on Saturday, August 5 will feature three Boardwalk Battle of the Bands champions. Lonely Heights, Just Khakis, and New American Gothic will perform. Doors open at 7 PM. Snag tickets.

The Rise

On Thursday, August 3, Black Tie Event and Health Care will perform. Tickets are $15. Doors open at 7 PM.

Platinum Music

On Friday, August 4, Dev will perform. Music runs from 8:30 – 9:30 PM. Tickets are $5 at the door.

Java Junkie

On Thursday, August 3, Ok Car, Sam Andersen, and Neal Stucki will perform as part of the Provo Writers Round. 7 PM. Free admission.

Java Junkie has an open mic night every Friday at 7 PM.

Lindon Days Festival

On Saturday, August 5, the band Exit Strategy will perform at 8:30 PM in Pheasant Brook Park in Lindon. Following their performance, a fireworks show will occur at 10 PM. Free admission.

Orchard Days Festival

Santaquin is having their annual Orchard Days festival this week. The Rodeo is happening on Friday, August 4, and Saturday, August 5.

On Friday, Maddie Wilson will perform at 6 PM before the rodeo begins.

On Saturday, Cody Robbins will perform at 6 PM before the rodeo begins.

Both concerts are free with the purchase of a rodeo ticket.

STARTUP MARKET

Musicians will be playing the STARTUP MARKET every Thursday from 5-9 PM in the Provo Town Square Courtyard in downtown Provo. The market reopens on August 3. If you would like to perform, message @startupmarkett (with two T’s) on Instagram.

Hungry Hawaiian

The Hungry Hawaiian on University Avenue provides live Island Style music every Friday from 6-8 PM. It’s free admission, but grab some food and make sure to tip the artist.
