Earlier this week we told you about some of the major concerts coming up this summer, and today brings Utah music fans yet another major announcement. Fork Fest, the annual summer celebration of Utah music presented by The Harrington Center for the Arts and Velour Live Music Gallery, has unveiled the lineup for this year’s festival.

Ahead of the full lineup, the festival revealed new wave/ska legends The Aquabats! would be the 2025 headliners in an Instagram post a few weeks ago. The band is best known for their high-energy, fun-loving performances, superhero visuals, and their TV show The Aquabats! Super Show! and have fans of all ages across mulitple generations. Although the group is not based in Utah like many of the other bands performing, The Aquabats! have numerous ties to the state of Utah and have performed at events like the beloved Provo Rooftop Concert Series and even credit Utahns with helping them meet a kickstarter goal a few years back.

Fork Fest also previously announced the return of Stretsch Armstrong, pioneers in the Utah ska scene back in the day. For those unfamiliar, Utah was a major hub for ska back in the ’90s, and these guys played a huge part in that. Stetsch Armstrong was considered to be a major scene leader, even opening for The Offspring. (If you don’t believe me that these guys are a big deal, just go check out their extensive Wikipedia page). The group will be reuniting on the Fork Fest stage over 30 years since their heyday, which is sure to be an absolute blast!

Beyond the main stage skanking and horns aplenty, Fork Fest 2025 boasts a lineup full of rock, indie, and Provocore with great local bands like Wilbere, Drusky, Ferrin, HASHA, and so many more. Check out the full lineup below!

Like in years past, the festival will take place over two days, with Friday being the Firelight kickoff (a smaller, more intimate show with more toned-down sets) and Saturday being the main festival with band after band after band on the three stages around Art Dye Park.

Fork Fest 2025 will take place on June 6-7, 2025. Tickets are on sale now, and more information can be found on the Fork Fest website. (Be sure to use code “provomusicmag” at checkout for a discount!) Now get yourself ready for some ska with “Sue Happy” from Stretsch Armstrong!
