Velour Live Music Gallery

This Friday, February 5th, The Devil WhaleLocation Location, and Code Hero will be reuniting as part of Velour’s 10th anniversary celebration. Joining them will be Jay William Henderson of Band of Annuals. Tickets are $8 in advance (get your tickets here), $10 at the door (cash only).

On Saturday, February 6th, two more bands from Provo’s past will reunite on Velour’s stage: Shark Speed and The New Nervous. Neon Trees drummer Elaine Bradley will also perform with her band Kissed Out, and Provo rap artist Apt will make a special appearance. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door (cash only).

Per usual with Velour, doors to both of these shows open at 8PM. Shows will start around 8:30.

Muse Music

On Friday, February 5, BreezewayMarla Stone, and Yak Yak Yak will take the stage at Muse Music on Center street. Tickets are $7. Doors open at 8PM.

Saturday, February 6th, Provo’s Telesomniac, Idaho Falls’ The Clay Temples, and Salt Lake City’s Cinders will perform. Telesomniac is currently in the middle of a Kickstarter Campaign for their debut album, and Cinders is close to completing their new album. Tickets are $7 at the door. Doors open at 8PM.

Gezzo Hall

On Friday at 7PM, come see The Thrill CollectiveRumble GumsNED, and Jay CITRUS live at Gezzo Hall on N Freedom Blvd. Tickets are $7 in advance, $10 at the door. If you purchase a ticket to see NED on Friday night, all of his proceeds will go to support Camp Kesem, a charity organization that sends the children of cancer patients to a week long summer camp.

Saturday at 8PM, Carlos Viitanen, Sam Cooley, Bryant Miller, and Michael Barrow of Wish Granted Records will perform at Gezzo Hall. Tickets are $7 in advance, $10 at the door.

The Wall

BYU’s restaurant/venue, located on the bottom floor of the Wilkinson Student Center, will be hosting its semi-annual Solo Night Competition, featuring soloists Garret Pliler, Madeline Conlee, Jacob Privette, Nathan Garlock, Chris Hurley, Hannah Woolley, Steve Fisher, Tommy Johnson, and Tiewa Esquerra. The winner is determined by audience vote, and a cash prize will be awarded to the winner.

The competition begins at 7 PM on Friday, February 5th. Tickets are $5 at the door.

Audio West Recording Studios & Event Center

As of the writing of this article, Audio West has not announced any events for this week.
