On February 15, fifteen of the finest jazz soloists and ensemble players today, led by Wynton Marsalis, will perform. Don’t miss the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra at 7:30 PM in the de Jong Concert Hall! Grab tickets here.
On February 16, the BYU Philharmonic will perform. This season’s celebration of the nearly 60-year history of the de Jong Concert Hall continues with performances by Hungary’s greatest composers, Bartok and Kodaly. The show starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets are available here.
On February 18 at 7:30 PM, The BYU Wind Symphony celebrates Black History Month with a concert titled “Toward Freedom…” featuring Aaron Copland’s Lincoln Portrait, two works honoring Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and a musical celebration of the Black Sunday worship experience by composer Omar Thomas.
