Shows This Week (8/29/22-9/3/22)

With BYU and UVU back in session, there are plenty of shows this week!


Velour Live Music Gallery


Velour will be hosting their weekly Open Mic Night on Wednesday, August 31. Doors open at 7:30 PM.

On Thursday, September 1, Hurtado, Plastic Cherries and Daytime Lover will be performing. Doors open at 8:00 PM. Get tickets here.

On Friday, September 2, The Happy Return will be in town from California performing with Poolhouse and Tag! Doors open at 8:00 PM. Get tickets for $10.

On Saturday, September 3, Beeson, 26fix, and future.exboyfriend will be performing. Doors open at 8 PM. Tickets are $10 online here.


The Boardwalk

On Friday, September 2, Komas will be performing with Basement Waves, Lilliehouse and Grimwood. Doors open at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10 online here.

On Saturday, September 3, The Boardwalk will host Slump Fest. Doctah Dos, X-PLN, Qultraine, Vile CG, Zthakid, Yehosana, Leland Cottle, and Votukingez will be performing. Doors open at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10 online here.

Utah’s Backyard Concert

Today, August 29, Draper is hosting Utah’s Backyard Concert at the Draper City Amphitheater! The show will feature Mykyl, Eliza Corbin, Tyler Mark, Spencer Lapray, Jacob Sorenson, Bethany Sorenson, Sky Olson, and Kila Mateah. The show starts at 7 PM. Get tickets here.


SCERA Shell Outdoor Theater

Thursday, September 2, SCERA Shell will be hosting the Fighter Concert Series at 7:00 PM. Get tickets here.

Java Junkie

Java Junkie hosts an open mic night every Friday at 7 PM.

On Saturday, September 3, Kaden Blackhurst will play from 7-8 PM and Jed Reynaud will perform from 8-10 PM. Free admission.


Hungry Hawaiian

The Hungry Hawaiian on University Avenue provides live Island Style music every Friday from 6-8 PM. It’s free admission, but grab some food and make sure to tip the artist. Joshua Rossean will perform on Friday, September 2.

Superbloom Music Festival

Hosted by The National Parks and Sartain & Saunders, this year’s festival features Smallpools, Birdtalker, The Strike, and more. Held in Hurricane, UT, the festival will happen on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Tickets are on sale now.
