Last month, the audio from Provo Music Magazine Acoustic Sessions started hitting Spotify. We built out the Provo Music Magazine artist profile to feature all of our exclusive sessions, plus the playlists we’ve been curating to feature Utah artists. These playlists include Provocore, Dusty Deseret, Deseret Vibe Rock, Sabbath Sounds, and more.

If you’re a fan of Velour Battle of the Band winners Local Kin, now you’ve got more Local Kin to love on Spotify. Their Provo Music Magazine Acoustic Sessions are now up!

Local Kin was recently selected by The National Parks to open for them on September 19 in Idaho Falls at the Colonial Theater. This show is part of The National Parks’ Wild Spirit Tour. Local Kin hails from eastern Idaho, so this will be a massive hometown show for them. Provo residents can catch Local Kin at Velour Live Music Gallery on September 13 alongside The Last Wild Buffalo and Dusty Hulet.

Until then, you can stream live versions of “The Bird,” “Willow,” and “The Gardener” on Spotify. They’re also available on Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube Music, and more.
