BYU

On Tuesday, November 11, BYU Wind Symphony presents: For Heroes Proved: A Veteran’s Day Celebration. 7:30 PM in the Music Building Concert Hall. Tickets are on sale here.

Donโ€™t miss BYUโ€™s faculty woodwind quintet, Orpheus Winds! Their fall recital will feature David Maslanka’s stunning Quintet for Winds No. 2. Wednesday, November 12, at 7:30 PM in the Music Building Recital Hall. Free admission.

On Thursday, November 13, The BYU Concert Choir and BYU Men’s Chorus will present programs of iconic repertoire. The concert is 7:30 PM in the BYU Music Building Concert Hall. Tickets are on sale here.

BYU Singers, the universityโ€™s award-winning chamber choir, will present Musica Eclectica on On Friday, November 14 at 7:30 PM in the Music Building Concert Hall. Tickets are on sale here.

On Saturday, November 15, at 7:30 PM in the Music Building Concert Hall, The BYU Philharmonic will present “Great Forces.” The concert includes the world premiere of At Full Strength by BYU composer Dan Bradshaw. The program concludes with the sweeping lyricism and emotional power of Kalinnikovโ€™s Symphony No. 1. Tickets are on sale here.

There will be a Pre-concert Talk with composer Daniel Bradshaw and conductor Nathan Haines before the concert at 6:30 PM in the Music Building Concert Hall.

The Toaster Oven

Every Sunday, The Toaster Oven at 56 N 500 E, Provo UT hosts queer songwriting workshops with Ida Grey from 6 to 8 PM. The workshops follow a four-week rotation, and all are welcome! More information available here.

The Rise

The Rise will host their weekly Open Mic Night this Wednesday at 7 PM.

SCERA

November 13 – November 15, The SCERA Center for the Arts presents A Night of Broadway: Through the Decades. Their popular annual show tunes spectacular featuring Broadway songs from decades past and present begins at 7 PM each night. Tickets are on sale here.

Angelus Theater

On November 14, Tombstone Shadow โ€“ the Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute bandโ€“ will perform live in concert. Doors open at 7 PM. Tickets are on sale now.

Seven Brothers Riverwoods

Each Friday, from 6-8 PM, Seven Brothers hosts live music from Kieran Hellum at their Provo Riverwoods location.

Slackwater Pizza Riverwoods

Kieran Hellum also performs live music each Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM at Slackwater Pizza in Provo.

Hungry Hawaiian

Hungry Hawaiian has Island Music every Friday and Saturday from 6-8 PM.

Fancy Burger
