Wednesday, April 13th, Wish Granted Records will be throwing their launch party at Velour. Tickets are $7 online, $8 at the door (cash only). The first 100 people who buy a ticket to the show will be entered in a drawing to win an Arvo watch. Performers include Belle Jewel, Michael Barrow, Kindred Dead, and Tracey Fitzgerald.
Friday, April 15th, Go Suburban will be releasing their new album, WWDK, alongside The LoveStrange, Okkah, and Tal Haslam. In the words of The LoveStrange, “There will be distortion. There will be guitars. There will be joy. There will be strange.” Look for our advance review of WWDK this Thursday. Tickets are $8 at the door (cash only) and online at 24tix.com.
On Saturday, April 16th, The National Parks, John Allred, and Caleb Darger will perform. In true National Parks fashion, this show is sold out.
Per usual with Velour, doors to all of these shows open at 8PM. Shows will start around 8:30.
Muse Music
Friday, April 15th, Wearing Thin and Keyes will be releasing their split EP. Despite Despair and Vitae will also be performing under the glow of the red People sign. Doors open at 8PM. Tickets are $7.
On Saturday, April 16th, My Fair Fiend will be headlining. New Mexico’s up-and-comers Great States will make their Provo debut as they pass through on tour. The Cold Year and Mome Wrath will join them. Doors open at 8PM. Tickets are $7 at the door.
Gezzo Hall
Tomorrow, April 13th, touring bands Never Let This Go and Sweet Ascent will fill the hall with music alongside Telesomniac and All Hope Contained. Doors open at 7PM. Tickets are $10 at the door, $7 online. You can grab them online.
Friday, April 15th, Gezzo will be hosting its first ever High School Band showcase. The show features high school aged bands who have been making a splash in the local scene. Middle Mountain, Fired Pilots, and Wired for Sound will perform. NED – the only college-aged performer – will also be performing. Tickets are $7 online, $10 at the door.
The Wall/BYU
Tonight, April 12th, at 8PM Kindred Dead will be opening for world-renowned recording artist Mat Kearney in the Wilkinson Student Center Ballroom. Tickets to this show are sold out.

Special Events
On Thursday, April 14, Mimi Knowles will be opening for Grammy-nominated rapper, 2 Chainz, at The Madison Nightclub. The Madison is located on Center Street in downtown Provo. Doors open at 8PM. Get your tickets here. Tickets are $40 for general admission.
On Friday, April 15, Provo Live is hosting their Center Street Shutdown to usher in the summer. A free event, DJ Jerry will be spinning Top 40, Hip Hop, EDM, Mashups, and more. Mimi Knowles will take the stage again to perform in front of an estimated crowd of 4000. Come to Downtown Provo this Friday from 8PM to 12AM.
On Saturday, April 16th, New Shack and Conquer Monster will be performing at Pig Pen (Pleasant Grove High School, 700 E 200 S, Pleasant Grove, UT). Tickets are $2. Doors open at 7PM.
Tomorrow, April 13th at the UCCU Center in Orem, VanLadyLove and Foreign Figures will be performing alongside X Ambassadors. Tickets are $20/$25 online here. The show starts at 7:30PM.
