BYU will have several free concerts in the new Music Building concert hall this week.
The University Orchestra and University Strings will perform on Tuesday, April 11 at 7:30 PM.
The Symphonic Band will perform on Wednesday, April 12 at 7:30 PM.
The Symphony Orchestra will perform on Thursday, April 13 at 7:30 PM.
The BYU Jazz Legacy band will also perform on Thursday April 13 at 7:30 PM in the Recital Hall.
The BYU Philharmonic will perform on Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15, at 7:30 PM.
Also on Friday: BYU’s Q’D UP will perform at 6 PM in the South Ensemble Room, 1111 Music Building. Free admission.
Platinum Music
On Friday, April 14, Alcoy will take the stage at 7:30 PM. Free admission.
Saturday, April 15 will feature Health Care at 8 PM. Tickets are $8.

Java Junkie
Java Junkie has an open mic night every Friday at 7 PM.

The Hungry Hawaiian on University Avenue provides live Island Style music every Friday from 6-8 PM. It’s free admission, but grab some food and make sure to tip the artist.
