Velour Live Music Gallery

Velour will be hosting their weekly Open Mic Night on Wednesday, August 17. Doors open at 7:30 PM.

On Thursday, August 18, Velour will be hosting a new band showcase featuring Trainsurfing, Soap, Del Perro, and Cole Wardle. Doors open at 7:30 PM. Get tickets here.

On Saturday, August 20, Harbor Patrol and Sunfish will be performing with Over Under. Doors open at 8 PM. Tickets are $10 online here.

The Boardwalk

On Friday, August 19, Ryler Olson will be performing with Health Care, Mark Carlisle, and Vintage Wine Cabinets. Doors open at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10 online here.

On Saturday, August 20, Lunar Spirit is holding an album release show! Sunset Station, Stranded on Saturn, and Tanner Bickmore will also be performing. Doors open at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10 online here.

Utah’s Backyard Concert

On Monday, August 29, Draper is hosting Utah’s Backyard Concert at the Draper City Amphitheater! The show will feature Mykyl, Eliza Corbin, Tyler Mark, Spencer Lapray, Jacob Sorenson, Bethany Sorenson, Sky Olson, and Kila Mateah. The show starts at 7 PM. Get tickets here.

Helper’s Rio Theater

Helper’s Rio Theater is presenting the Quasi-Stellar Radio Show: The Adventures of Walter Ergo, a rock opera by Provo artist Al Deans. Travel down to Helper, Utah to enjoy it! The show is on Friday, August 19 at 2 PM and Saturday, August 20 at 4 PM.

SCERA Shell Outdoor Theater

On Saturday, August 20, Marie Osmond will be performing with a live orchestra. The performance starts at 8:00 PM but the gates open at 6:30 PM. Get tickets here.

Java Junkie

Java Junkie hosts an open mic night every Friday at 7 PM.

On Saturday, August 20, Tate Gifford will play from 7-8 PM and Ryan Solo will perform from 8-10 PM. Free admission.

Hungry Hawaiian

The Hungry Hawaiian on University Avenue provides live Island Style music every Friday from 6-8 PM. It’s free admission, but grab some food and make sure to tip the artist.

ABG’s

On Saturday, August 20, ABG’s is hosting a Post-Pride Month Gender Bender, featuring acts like Mowth, Shecock, Fight The Future, and Bly Wallentine. Doors open at 8 PM. Tickets are $7.

Buzzards & Bees

With only 3 months until show time, Buzzards & Bees is opening submissions for festival performers. Submissions officially opened on August 1. If you would like to apply, head over to BuzzardsAndBees.com.
